Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every new paid membership at Ez-Era — monthly, yearly, or lifetime — is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 calendar days of your initial purchase, we'll issue a full refund to the original payment method. No questions asked.
The 7-day window begins at the timestamp of your first successful charge, as recorded by Stripe. Refund eligibility is determined by that timestamp; we cannot extend the window because of postal delays, payment processing windows, or travel.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@ez-era.com or use our contact form with the subject set to Refund request. Include the email address you used to sign up so we can locate your account. We respond within 24–48 business hours and process approved refunds the same business day.
Once approved, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. Stripe handles the actual refund — Ez-Era does not store card data.
After the 7-Day Window
Past the 7-day window, paid memberships are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You retain access to the platform for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
If you believe an unauthorized or duplicate charge occurred, contact us at info@ez-era.com immediately. We will investigate and, when appropriate, issue a refund regardless of the 7-day window.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Account > Billing inside the dashboard. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
If you can't reach the billing page (locked out, payment issue, etc.), email info@ez-era.com and we'll cancel it on your behalf.
Donations
Donations to Ez-Era Foundation, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 93-3769920), are charitable contributions and are generally non-refundable to preserve the integrity of our IRS filings.
If you donated by mistake (wrong amount, wrong card, or duplicate transaction), email info@ez-era.com within 14 days of the transaction. We will work with you in good faith and, where the IRS and our auditor permit, issue a corrective refund.
Membership fees are not donations and are not tax-deductible. Only contributions made via the /donate page qualify as charitable gifts.
Disputed Charges
We respond to all Stripe payment disputes promptly. Before opening a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us first at info@ez-era.com. We aim to acknowledge billing inquiries within 24 hours (business days) and resolve them faster than the formal dispute process — and without affecting your standing with your card network.
Card networks generally allow up to 120 days from the original charge date to open a dispute. If we cannot resolve a billing issue together, you retain the right to file a chargeback with your card issuer within that window; we will respond promptly to Stripe's dispute process.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our payment processor, tax position, or nonprofit auditor requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting active subscribers will be communicated by email.
